About My Career Path

From Kinsale to Dallas Texas to St Andrews, I’ve spent over a decade competing, learning, and building a serious career in golf. 

I’ve represented Ireland, led and managed my university golf team, won on the amateur circuit, caddied on the Legends Tour, Challenge Tour and DP World Tour, and now compete full-time from the UK to the US - with full status on the Tartan Pro Tour in Scotland.

Career Vision

This isn’t just about making cuts or climbing leaderboards. It’s about long-term success on the course and in how I carry myself through the sport. My business plan is centered around performance, mentorship, and modern development through data and human connection.

More about me

Apart from spending majority of my life on the golf course - I studied Marketing at MTU Cork and graduated in June of 2021 with a Bachelor of Business (Honours) in Marketing.  In 2019, during my time at MTU Cork I was awarded the Senior Sportsperson of the year award in 2019 after finding success in the game. This is one of my proudest moments as not only was I up against other golfers, but also all the athletes across all sports in the University. Following my graduation I spent my time evenly between the US and Scotland, networking in the golf industry and honing my game. During the off season of 2024 I decided to dive back into my studies further off my own initiative to discover the stones I had left unturned in the world of marketing and technology. This became an in-depth personal study where I felt myself piecing the puzzle together for what the future of golf, business and technology could look like together. Following this I decided it was time to decide what I wanted to do to leave my mark on a game I feel like I owe everything to. I spent the rainy days learning, experimenting and implementing different types of AI into my lifestyle between my golf and business. This allowed me to gain a better balance between golf and everything else. As my skills developed I ventured down many different pathways on and off the course, and am now preparing to launch  a very special book, about a very special game. You can read about it here:

Coaches

I have been primarily self taught in the past 8 years. Personally I feel more focused when tackling development myself. That said, I have had coaching for some of the greatest coaches across the globe, and took so many eye opening take aways from each. I find it comforting to know my own swing and my specific set of different feels. However, my personal beliefs on player development are connected to a part of the game that I feel is not coached enough, the mental game. We all know how important it is, my mission in golf is to take action and deliver the final piece of the game improvement puzzle. Modern day swings are solidified for the most part, technically completed you could say, yet the mind is more fragile than the swing, therefore it must be trained.
